Should I email or book a call?
If you have a question we can answer in a paragraph — email. If you're evaluating Bloom for your shelter or want a live walkthrough of the platform, book a call. Either way, you'll hear back from a founder.
How fast do you actually respond?
Usually within a few hours on weekdays (Central Time). Worst case, one business day. Weekend emails get answered — just a bit slower. No tickets, no bots, no tier-1 queue.
Is Bloom for animal shelters only right now?
Yes. We're focused exclusively on animal shelters and rescues for at least the first year — long enough to build the playbook deep, not wide. If you're a different kind of nonprofit and you reach out, we'll be honest about that.
We're already on another platform. Is that a conversation worth having?
Absolutely. Most shelters we talk to are. Migrations are something we handle — donor data, recurring donations, the website — and we'll tell you straight if the timing's wrong or it's not worth the lift.
Can we start with just one module instead of the whole stack?
You can, and plenty do. Shelters often start with donations or the website and add SEO, ads, and email once they see the engine working. No tier, no upgrade path — you just turn things on when you want them.
Do you have shelter references we can talk to?
